St. Paul Church
PARISH MISSION STATEMENT
Saint Paul Parish was founded in 1867 by Irish Immigrants. The words of Saint Paul are inscribed above our Church entrance: “stand fast in the faith, be brave and strong”. We live these words by celebrating Mass and the Sacraments, proclaiming the Gospel, and welcoming and serving one another and our neighbors in Butler County.
 Welcome Home

Saint Paul Church in Butler, Pennsylvania welcomes you   to our website. May this website provide you with all the necessary information that you need.

$450 was paid for a piece of land for a Church on January 1,1866. Saint Paul Church was established and our first Church was dedicated by Bishop Michael
Domenec on February 17,1867. Our first Pastor was Reverend Stephen Barrett. We are very blessed with our  Church. Actually,  this is our third Church in our parish history. Our beautiful Church was dedicated on September 10,1911. "Stand Fast in the Faith"  were the words of Saint Paul carved in stone over the entrance to the Church. Again, Welcome to our website.
